  • Football:

    Registration opens Feb 1, 2025 and closes July 15th, 2025.

    Feb 1-July 1: $425

    July 2nd- July 15th (late): $475

    Refund cut-off is July 1st. NO exceptions. Our late registration time frame (July 2nd-July 15th) is an automatic no refund period.

    Cheer:

  • Once registration begins, we offer full refunds until July 1st. After this, no refunds will be given.

    Also please note that if you select the payment plan option, ALL payments must be complete before a refund can be requested. This is due to our registration software and cannot be changed.

  • Football

    Yes- we will have a parent meeting in the spring (date TBD), along with a uniform and pad fitting. At this meeting we will also have hard copies of our Parent Code of Conduct that all parents must sign and abide by.

    Cheer

  • Football:

    Practice begins in early August. For the first two weeks our football teams practice 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday. This is considered conditioning and goes towards the mandatory practice hours needed before putting on a helmet. Practices are 2x per week after these first two weeks, and the schedule will be shared asap.

    Games kick off in September and are every Saturday in Prescott or PV, Phoenix, or Flagstaff. The season ends in November, with the week dependent on playoff qualification and progression.

    Cheer:

    Practice and cheer camp info TBD.

  • PYFAC is a competitive, travel league. We aim to have at least 3 home games. Our other games will be located in Prescott Valley, Flagstaff, or anywhere in the Phoenix area, including Scottsdale, Mesa, and even Apache Junction. Be prepared to travel on the weekends.

    FYI- schedules are based on seeding throughout the season, and there will be times we do not get that week’s schedule until the week before.

  • Our club will play in the same place for home games (Prescott High School), but there is no guarantee for away games. You may have one child in North Phoenix and another in East Mesa at the same time. There are hundreds of teams in our league, with many locations around Northern AZ and the Valley.

  • Football:

    Uniform (home/away jersey, pants)

    Equipment rental (helmet/pads)
